Forgive me as I don't know the background to this. Is it a work-related issue? I remember you saying you'd had a chat with new team and they'd said you could have the hours you wanted, or something along those lines, forgive me my memory's not too good right now. Is it something to do with that? Can Citizen's Advice help at all?
EDIT - I'm so sorry I have to leave work for an appointment now RS, I will try and check in later. Take good care. Sx4 May 20100 -
Yeah i was displaced at work - to a role I did not want to do. Move branches at 4 days notice, from somewhere I'd been over 3 years0

Sorry to hear you are feeling down hun
I would seriously think about talking to the CAB or union (if there is one - doesn't matter if you are a non-member). I believe that you should have been given the information about the appeal option when you were asked to move locations, but it depends on your contract.
Were you given anything in writing and do you have a copy of your contract? I would look into taking this further, it doesn't seem right that there is an appeal process but they fail to tell you about it.
Keep on fighting and hang on in there.
Take care
Paul

RS sorry I had to dash off like that. I second blinky's advice - do consult the CAB or union. I don't know the circumstances, but would have thought they'd need to give adequate notice, depending what your contract says. Sx4 May 20100 -

Shopping ain't here yet, so just had noodles for lunch.
Well let's hope we get a better night tonight, fg. I had weird dreams last night - like several different ones all overlapping. Exhausting isn't it? In one of them I was running away from someone (don't know who) and in my hurry to get away from them I became completely lost, didn't know where I was and kept asking people the way back but nobody knew!Hope tonight's a bit calmer.

I'm good today
but I think it was because I had a lovely Sunday evening
Went into work about 15 minutes before I was due to start - normally when I'm on a late shift I'm in between 30mins and 1 hour early. Lots of people flapping. Wasn't phased at all just sat down, ran a few reports for them and got on with my work. Been a particularly busy day and didn't get everything done but hey helps fill in tomorrow.
Now just feeling tired.
I hope I haven't upset anyone with this cheerful post - just want to show that things can get better even when you don't expect it.
