Sazbo wrote:I'm sorry to hear this Miro. My opinion, for what it's worth: it doesn't automatically indicate that you don't mean anything to her, but maybe from where she's standing, and how she feels about the past, that this is what she needs to do, for her own sanity. Now, obviously I cannot judge the relative merits of that decision, as I don't know her. What I would say is that it's likely not an 'either/or' decision for her, but more a case of what is causing her the most pain or hurt in her life and how that needs to be addressed.
I know this reply isn't going to alter how you feel, but believe me I couldn't be more sorry about that. Love, Saz xxAn average day in my life:hello: :mad: :coffee::coffee::coffee::T:rotfl: :rotfl:

I think my husband is depressed. He is ex forces, sinks into himself, can be an extrovert and then wham, moody and can't talk to him. We split up earlier this year (it was awfull) but we are back together now. I feel that I don't know him, when I thought I did, but I am now wondering if I ever did. Can anyone give me any advice?£17,164.40 17.01.07

How is he coping being out of the forces? There is a routine and identity from being in the forces. My father was in the forces until he was 40 and had to adjust to it. Being a civvy can be quite strange.
My husband isn't or wasn't in the forces and he can be swingy too. I wish I could stop feeling wrong though. I know I am not but it can bring me down.
What was being apart like compared to being together? Do you have children? An average day in my life:hello: :mad: :coffee::coffee::coffee::T:rotfl: :rotfl:

I'm still upset with this place, but feel I've got no where else at the moment.
I'm in a particularly tricky situation, I've got to keep reminding myself what it is I want, and not get sucked back down.
My head is all of a mess - panicked cos I was having the shopping delivered today, when my doctors app. was. Changed shopping, only to realise docs is on wednesday. Argh, I can't do wednesday - I've got an inspection. I'll phone them, they can always use a key can't they? I fly on Thursday morning aswell, thats left me a bit stressy. Very anxious.
And my cat climbed a really high tree yesterday and got stuck. This was about 1am. so I had to stand under the tree with a blanket to catch him :-/
Thanks for having me back, I'll try and not screw it up.Stay-at-home, attached Mummy to a 23lb 10oz, 11 month old baby boy.0 -

Morning FG hunnie, it genuinely warmed my heart when I logged in just now and saw you had posted. I was miserable yesterday at the thought of you not being hereI really do mean that - Saz don't tell porkies!
So welcome back hun, but you're such a part of the gang for us, really you were still here
(((Big hugs)))
Thank heavens you were able to get your poor cat down - I'd have been worried sick. So does that mean you'll be going to the docs on Wednesday and flying on Thursday? Let us know how it goes if you get the chance.
Totally understand your feeling anxious and stressy right now - you've got so much on your plate right now. Try and just think one bit ahead at a time, if possible, that's what I do, then it doesn't feel so overwhelming. Take care hun, Saz xxx4 May 20100 -

Hi lissa, I agree with CCStar. There is often a large period of adjustment after leaving the forces. Do you feel things have changed since you got back together? Have you considered counselling - either as a couple or individually?Ultimately, depression is something that needs to be diagnosed by a doctor - it's worth discussing all the treatment options available with them. Take care, Sx4 May 20100
