  • Docs on wednesday morning, flying thursday - so I will be able to get back to post.
I'm feeling alright really I suppose. I told my mum how low I am, which I'm regretting - I don't like people knowing how I feel. I realise now that I've been far too trusting - thats why I get hurt so much. I've got to back off from a lot of relationships - I can't be dealing with all the hurt that comes with them. I've never really needed many people, don't want to get reliant now. I've got my one friend I could really talk to about anything if I wanted, thats probably best. My problems are too scary, even for you lot to deal with.
Lunch time soon, I really fancy chocolate tarte. I might go and get one later if I feel up to it. I went shopping yesterday and bought a coat, so thats good!

I often think that feeling so low for so long does in the end make us re-evaluate our relationships, which is really painful at the time, but perhaps a good thing in the long run?

    Chocolate tarte sounds good :)

I'm alright when I'm normal, but I'm vunerable and stuff when I'm low, I've got to start protecting myself more - and the only way of doing that is to shut people out unfortunately. I'm not going to let myself get hurt again.

Unfortunately in my experience (learning the hard way) the only person we can truly rely on to do that is ourselves...

How are you today Saz? I'm being totally self centred and only thinking about me, sorry.

Shopping'll be here soon, then I can have some lunch!

I've got one friend, who I am going to trust - I think its worth the risk with this one.

Good [STRIKE]morning[/STRIKE] afternoon everyone. Its monday, boo! Saz back at work and in denial about it as per usual :) I'm still struggling with a bad back, which is making me walk like a pregnant duck (Whatever a pregnant duck looks like!). Oh well, reckon I'll waddle over to the kettle and make a cuppa.

Hope this finds you all doing ok.

    Have a good day lovlies,
    Saz xx

No worries, yeah not too bad thanks hun. Didn't have a brilliant night's sleep again - weird dreams y'know? So hoping to get an early night tonight.

    Enjoy your lunch x

Tried to pack today. Packed two boxes and did some sorting but it wasn't gelling, so left it. We are aiming to put the place up for sale in 8 weeks, so need to declutter by then. It is being peaceful just now, so want to make the most of it but mustn't get too used to it, no doubt a neighbour will play up. It is cold this week, so it should keep em in.:D

Don't envy you the packing CCStar! It's my least favourite task! But at least you've made a start on it, which always helps, and 8 weeks - not too long to go now. Sxx

I had nightmares again last night - had a few nights off from them, but they are back and last nights was really disturbing - think it signified my feeling of hopelessness - I couldn't save anyone - rather upsetting.
Shopping ain't here yet, so just had noodles for lunch.
