How are you?
Not that good Phil.
Alot on my mind, trying to work things out. Trying to figure out what is wrong with me - it isn't easy.
I dread to say I'm getting near the point where I can't fight anymore. But I'll battle on as long as I can.

Sure you can keep going. I have come back from the edge, so I am sure you can too.
I did go, I am showing all the signs of male depression he said and I am in the process now of sorting it out.:beer:0 -

Evening everyone, how are you all? I am doing suprisingly well. Enjoyed going back to work today after the half term break. Went to the gym again in my lunch break, am getting serious about this!
Things have gone a bit wrong at home. Our lights have all gone out, OH is trying to phone Landlord to get an electrician to come round and look at the problem (have checked with my Dad, but there is nothing we can do to fix it). Flat is still a bit of a mess, but I have tidied a bit of it. Will try to do a bit more every day until it looks better.

Hi Regsaver, so sorry you are not feeling good. What is happening with your job?
It is very easy for people who have never suffered from depression or mental illness to say things like 'smile and all will be ok' or (my personal favourite) 'Snap out of it'. You need to try and explain that you are suffering from an illness, in the same way they wouldn't expect someone with a broken leg to walk on it, it is the same thing expecting someone with clinical depression to 'snap out of it'.Sorting my life out to give a better life to my:heartsmil 2 gorgeous boys :heartsmil0 -
Depression just expresses itself differently in men to women.:beer:0

hi, no, nice to meet you too
I am a born worrier and very sensitive. every one says i don't need to be , but i can't change that
I have found out that they are cutting the workforce in the role that i do. I am worried and find out Friday. There are no redundancies - but they will redepoly you, in something I do not want to do. Naturally I worried, but everyone says its not the end of the world0 -

What are your symptoms?
I'm diagnosed with Depression and Generalised Anxiety Disorder, but I don't think thats what I've got. I'm pretty sure that I've got post traumatic stress disorder, and possible bibolarity, schizoaffective disorder and ocd.Stay-at-home, attached Mummy to a 23lb 10oz, 11 month old baby boy.0
