Not feeling good at all at the moment, I have really bad stomach ache and I have to walk 40 minutes to go to the doctors this afternoon for a check up which I really need to attend. I have no other way of getting there other than walking.
I generally feel at the moment like packing a bag of clothes and disappearing0 -

Hope to be able to get online at some point to catch up with you, other wise, take care all of you
Flis - I lost about 5 stone in the past couple of months with 2 hours exercise most days - don't know if the exercise made me happier, or if I did the exercise cos I was happier.
Take care all of you's

Oh my goodness. Just been catching up on the thread since yesterday. You've all been having such a tough time of it - it made me really upset just reading it, never mind going through it. I'm so sorry. Please forgive me for not being able to spend longer posting now, I'm really busy at work - just wanted to let you all know I'm thinking of you. CCStar - I'm shocked at how your husband was treating you yesterday, that's awful. Is he behaving better towards you today? rose - are you having a better day at work? Miro - how are you today? Take care fg, Tiff and Bunnie too. May get the chance to post again late this evening, depending on what time I get home. In the meantime big hugs everyone and take good care........ I had a bad night, so got up late but managed to do a bit of housework. I shall be going shopping later, not been out for over 2 week due to my bad cold.
Shall have a nice bath soon and get decent.
I hope my husband isn't in the horrible mood he was in yesterday, today. I don't need it on top of getting out of my trough. He didn't see what he was doing to us and tried to put it all on me.:mad:An average day in my life:hello: :mad: :coffee::coffee::coffee::T:rotfl: :rotfl:

I was beginning to feel a lot better this week, not on top but OK. His behaviour has really upset me. I couldn't sleep and feel things have changed. I can't trust him to be a decent person. I want to get away from him. We have a plan but the waiting is terrible. An average day in my life:hello: :mad: :coffee::coffee::coffee::T:rotfl: :rotfl:

flis21 wrote:Has anyone tried using exercise to help your depression? I read an article the other day that said it could help. Well I have looked into it and am thinking about joining the gym. Very scary as I am quite a lot overweight (well, fat really!) and it is a bit daunting, but I really want to give it a go. Has anyone else tried it and did it help?An average day in my life:hello: :mad: :coffee::coffee::coffee::T

I sort of exercise, I go walking more than anything though. The thought of going to a gym or going where there are lots of people makes me feel really anxious.0 -

I know how you feel about putting it all on you, my OH has a habit of doing that sometimes to me. Bath and shopping sound nice, I would say treat yourself to something nice but that wouldn't be very money saving of me0 -

I used to love swimming but there is always a person (usually a man) who hogs the pool and invades your space, pushing you out of their way.
I prefer to do exercise to uplifting music at home.An average day in my life:hello: :mad: :coffee::coffee::coffee::T:rotfl: :rotfl:

We are supposed to be going to a party in three weeks, so seeing if there is something nice to wear.
The invitation says no presents, as it is a 50th, graduation, 21st etc combined. It is basically a family get together. Some people I haven't seen in years are going, and a long lost family member of my husband's is going. They have never met.
I want to feel great and look great for this party, and not feel insecure with my husband. I have told him this and he still upset me yesterday. I do wonder if he is a human being sometimes. An average day in my life:hello: :mad: :coffee::coffee::coffee::T:rotfl: :rotfl:
