I'm very down, but flatmate and I talked last night instead of me going bed early, we talked about both of us.
She's trying to understand, but I don't think she understands alot of it, as she's not been through what I have.
I don't find exercise helps me as much as it used to, and I'm very smallAt least your flatmate is trying to understand; it's a good start.

I'm ok, a bit up and down I guess. And a bit tired. My boss would probably disagree!:D

I have been back to the doctors today then, didn't really say anything about the self harm but has upped my dose of anti-depressents as they don't seem to be working to help the anxiety and depression.
Had signed me off again for another 2 weeks but will happily sign me back to work if I can a part time or temporary job I would enjoy, she thinks it may be therapeutic for me0 -
Feeling really rejected today, have been turned down by the jobs I went for interviews for. I feel really disappointed0

Interviews and Application forms are in no way rejections of you as a person.
Don't let it get to you.
I've written CV's in the past but when I came to help recruit you would not believe the rubbish people use to reduce the sometimes huge pile they start with.
You could simply have been one of the ones near the bottom.

Once my flatmate got home yesterday at around 5pm, it worked out a better evening than i've had in a long time.
Went for a walk and done some shopping. Had dinner (which is the only thing i'm eating right now, I can't get back into eating any other time) and we had a rest, before going through flatmate's CD's, and a few of mine, which we are going to lend 'S' who has about 6 CD's, and she can only use her old PC to play them as she has no stereo........in fact, including a TV and an old PC, she has less in her whole flat than we have in 1/2 of our tiny living room.
We have a spare VCR and Freeview box, which we are hoping she will lend from us, just to give her more options, as she does 1 college course for 2 hours p/w and nothing else. She doesn't meet people often, even the 3 or 4 friends she has, I think she is too scared of relying on people and thinks she's wasting there time. I'd love to see her every day!!!
Anyway, flatmate is in town with 'S' today. I'm worried as it's first time since Tuesday, and she's likely to give her reactions about me. Flatmate is gonna slyly ask a few Q's.......thing is she could go back to hers, so Flatmate could be home 5.30-6 or 10ish.........i'm not sure I could wait until 10ish!!!!!
Anyway, we have flatmates clothes that she doesn't want, to go through, as she's giving 'S' some clothes, as 'S' has very very little, as I said before. When flatmate saw her Sunday, when 'S' was cooking dinner for them, she had barely anything in, and admitted Tuesday, after bills, she struggles about 2 days after pay day, which is fortnightly. I'd love to be able to give her some food, but don't want to give too much too soon! On Tuesday, the piece of cake and cappuccino I bought her obviously meant alot, as she scoffed the cake down really fast and was really enjoying her drink, it was like she hadn't eaten since the meal on Sunday, which she thought was crap, so I told her flatmate came home and said it was great, which made her day. It wasn't untrue, but it meant alot to her to hear it from someone else. I have little, but I always have food in, so it upset me alot, that she has so little.
I'm scared my flatmate will come back and things will have gone wrong, as I really like 'S' I really hope we become great friends, I haven't met anyone like her in a long long time.0
