It was bad until 6pmNow it's great........kinda..........upset that 'S' is feeling low. Flatmate is going around Sunday to cheer her up, so will send my love with her. She is an appreciative girl, I just don't wanna offer too much too soon, although i'd love too.
Good luck at Yoga, if you go! Well done on getting through the week!
Thanks, I'll need itI always feel like I can hear my bones creaking afterwards
Sounds to like you're very sensitive to how much is "too much" in terms of 'S', so I's sure you'll gauge it right.

Sounds a great place for you to work. Keep on enjoying
I think I can control it. I don't drink in the week or during the day. I just like to actually relax at the weekend and one of the only ways I can do this if I am at home is to have a few drinks.
It is a really good place to work, am just scared I will mess things up. Haven't really told them much about my depression, am trying not to make it a big deal.
Miro - being scared at the start of relationships is part of the course. I remember when I met my OH I was really scared he didn't really like and was just putting up with me and being polite but didn't really want to talk to me. That was 5 years ago and now we have been married for 2 years. All realationships have to start somewhere, just take it slow and I hope everything goes well for you.Sorting my life out to give a better life to my:heartsmil 2 gorgeous boys :heartsmil0 -

Well, I always ask flatmate who has known her nearly 4 years, so if she says it's good, it's good0 -

Well, that's cool then, didn't want you drinking yourself away
Take your work day by day, what they don't need to know now isn't an issue.
I know you are right re: relationships, i'm just very scared. I'm not thinking marriage, or even sex/girlfriend.........just good friends will make me realise life is worth living......scared........but very excited!0 -

I am trying not to drink too much. Have got the telly on and am watching About A Boy, but doesn't really help that Toni Collettes character is a depressive!!
OH is getting up at 6 tomorrow to go to work, think I will stay in bed and read my book, have just started reading My Best Friend's Girl, quite sad but really interesting and addictive.
You will probably feel better if you get up and go to Yoga, and it will be a brilliant start to your day.
I am taking the plunge and going to join the gym on Sunday. A bit scared, hope they are not all fit poser types in there, but it will do both my weight and my depression good. Have been trying to diet for ages and haven't got anywhere, so thought I would try exercising instead. Who knows, maybe after I have been exercising a while I will feel more like dieting again.
"My Best Friend's Girl" - I think I've heard of that - who's it by? Sounds like a nice relaxing way to spend some time tomorrow. Good luck with the gym. You might be surprised actually, because the gym I go to is very un-posery, if that's a word- most of the people are completely normal. I think because work's been stressful I've got less out of exercise recently, but honestly most of the time it does help keep my depression in check. Also, there's a steam room, jacuzzi etc at mine which is wonderful when you can't be bothered with weights or cardio and you can just relax in the steam or bubbles - make me feel tonnes better.

It's by Dorothy Koomson, it was one of the Richard and Judy summer reads. My friend read it and recommended it to me. It is about a woman whose Best Friend dies and she has to look after her 5 year old daughter.
Your gym sounds good, I hope this one is the same. It has a steam room, not sure about a jacuzzi, and a pool. Thought I could go and jump in the pool for a bit after i work out to cool down a bit. I love lying about in swimming pools, but I am not a very good swimmer, so not the best sort of exercise for me.Sorting my life out to give a better life to my:heartsmil 2 gorgeous boys :heartsmil0 -

I think main thing is if you're doing something you enjoy/makes you feel better, that's what matters. If you don't enjoy it you won't want to keep it going. That's what I think anyways. x4 May 20100 -

I agree and I do enjoy bits of the gym, well the cross trainer mostly. Hate the rowing machine, so don't think I will be doing much on that!! I like going in the pool, but not to swim up and down and I wouldn't get a very good work out, but if I go in for 15-20 minutes after my work out that would be a nice treat at the end.Sorting my life out to give a better life to my:heartsmil 2 gorgeous boys :heartsmil0
