Does anyone have a telephone number for WW. I am unable to get logged in online, have tried resetting etc but still no joy.

HOWEVER - if you go to your doctors you can get WW's free for 3 months , I believe you can be referred even by the surgery nurse. Many at my weekly meeting are there for free

Well worth a visit to your GP, you can also get free gym passes.

For a free alternative that does pretty much the same thing (with actual calories, not notional 'points', try https://www.myfitnesspal.com. It has a huge database of foods and you can configure your own goals etc. It works online as a stand-alone website, but really comes into its own if you have an Iphone or Ipod Touch. Download the free app, and you have a handy calorie counter in your pocket which works offline - you can keep track of everything you eat as you go; then when you go online it automatically syncs with your profile on the website.

Not sure if anyone is interested but there's also another free weight loss site sparkpeople.com - it's calorie based with nutritional/exercise trackers, forums, health advice, exercise vids and advice and did I mention completely FREE! It takes a bit of getting used to if you're used to weight watchers points system but completely manageable and you can even have your meals planned for you. The site is American but don't let that put you off there's loads of Brits on there.
