A word of warning about the weight watchers cashback. I signed up for a three month membership through Topcashback in September last year. I was supposed to get £15 cashback but despite chasing it up I've still not received it. Having reviewed people's comments on the Topcashback website, it would appear that I'm not the only one as there were comments from several people who also hadn't received their cashback. Topcashback are looking into it but I've been waiting for nearly 3 months and still no answer!0

I'm a Slimming World consultant and I have to say, please don't think that this is money saving. We, at Slimming World, don't offer Direct Debits, people forget to cancel them, WW know this..and as a result make even more money out of people's desire to lose weight.. We get our members to their goal, we support them all the way. Your choice, but I know, as a seasoned money saver, that I'd prefer Direct Support, NOT Direct Debit.
Are you allowed to plug your own company on here without getting permission from MSE first?? I don't think Slimming World are in it purely for the good of people's health either  Whether you have direct debits or not, people still have to pay. If the WW deal is better value then what's wrong with it, this is a money saving site after all. I'm sure people are capable of setting up some sort of reminder to cancel the direct debit.0 -
How about rosemaryconley.tv - its all free and seems to have diet tips, recipes and exercises. Can't say fairer than that?!!0

I've been using purelifestyle.co.uk for about 6 months now - it's totally free and has around 60,000 UK food items.
I'm using the site to track how many Terry's chocs slices I've eaten since Xmas - I need more discipline!
You also get access to a qualified nutritionist and personal trainer for free - can't get better than that. Can also track Weight Watchers points.

Buyer beware!
It seems I am not the only one still waiting for cashback from a WeightWatchers 3 month trial. I signed up in June 2009 and am still waiting for the £25.00 cashback promised. Cashbackkings keep chasing this for me but no progress to date!0 -

Hi just signed up to purelifestyle but I can't see how to track weight watchers points, it only seems to track the calories and fat. Am I doing something wrong?!Addicted to MSE, I can't resist a bargain0 -
I did the September 3 month trial and lost a stone and a half, and got my cashback.
I decided to keep it up though, so it will cost me £9.95 a month, but I'm sure the amount I save on chocolate will pay for this in no time.:rotfl:Member of the first Mortgage Free in 3 challenge, no.19
Balance 19th April '07 = minus £27,640
Balance 1st November '09 = mortgage paid off with £1903 left over. Title deeds are now ours.0 -

Thanks MARIE75 for the tip about Pure lifestyle. Have signed up and getting on with it, perfect, keeps a good record of what I eat, just wish the food list was more comprehensive, but it's FREEEE so I'm not complaining! How on earth do they make money? there's not even any adverts.
If you want to see how many WW points you've had click on the "i" under your food diary and it will give you your totals for the day. As a past (and effective) WW dieter I find this pretty helpful. I really like the summaries that tell you if you how you compare to your RDA's for salt/fibre etc. and the fact that you can set up a diet group with your friends online.:)0 -
I occasionally go back to weight watchers when i want to kick start my weight loss.
I am terrible for calculating points and to be honest dont really want the hassle of getting my book out, so i use a few websites which have pretty comprehensive lists of each food product and points.
