They are usually seperate payments.

We qualify for cold weather payment, by 3 of the listings, but have not received a penny yet.

I have a child that turned 5 at end of November, my husband is earning less than £10k pa on a self employment basis so doesn't claim JSA. We do get Housing benefit though. Our postcode is 2 payments. Are we eligible for any payments?
