you are eligable, have you checked the postcoder checker to see if any were triggered for your area?.Hi
I am on income support with disability premium, and I have not recieved any cold weather payments at all this winter. My flat only has a real fire and it is a nightmare to keep warm unless I sit right next to the real fire 24/7. Any advice would be more than welcome please.
Kind regards

No the DWP website says this:justdreaming wrote: »No, Richard, we dont get ISA or JSA, but have seen on the DWP website that we may be entitled. I have also spoken to someone this morning in the DWP DLA department and they think we can get it.
The problem is who do we contact?

- a disability premium, enhanced disability premium or severe disability premium
- a disabled child premium
- Child Tax Credit that includes a disability or severe disability element
- a child who is under five in the family

Beat me to it DX2...We made it! All three boys have graduated, it's been hard work but it shows there is a possibility of a chance of normal (ish) life after a diagnosis (or two) of ASD. It's not been the easiest route but I am so glad I ignored everything and everyone and did my own therapies with them.
