Income support
and
CTC with a severe disability element
as my son recieves the high rate of care on DLA

I should receive a payment yes?? What is the address to email them please? I would rather do that than call them as I only have a mobile so it would cost me loads to ring them. :rolleyes:

yes you should be eligble, they dont seem to reply much to emails, cant you use someones landline?

several different numbers have gone up on this thread, the best thing to do is ring your local jobcenter plus, explain whats its about, if they cant tell you theyll give you the relevant number for your area, im afraid they are usually 0845 numbers though but you shouldnt be on that long hoefully.

Thanks will give them a ring Monday morning if still no payment on online banking.

Knowing I am entitled to these (2 so far in my area) payments, is really helping me to fret less about having the heating on round the clock.
