Hi everyone,
Wow the last 24hours have been a rollercoaster! Found out the ex is seeing someone
so was a lot of tears last night! Feel a bit better today, I think it was the initial shock that got me last night.
Me and mum went for our walk today - and did 2 and a half hours!! :j Feel much better for getting some exercise and it also gave me a chance to talk things through with mum and make me realise what I need to concentrate on instead of HIM. Is going to be difficult, all I want to do is shout and scream at him :mad:2019 will be my year!!0 -
Afternoon! I'm feeling much more positive today
Have got that achey next day feeling after you've done some exercise - which I love! Shows that I worked on my walk yesterday 
Am also concentrating a lot more on my weight watchers stuff at the mo and am drinking lots of water and eating all good stuff :j Am gearing up for a trip to the gym after work too :A

Morning! Such a lovely sunny day today, makes me happy

Gym was ok last night but could only manage half hour walking on the treadmill - I was aching sooo bad from Sunday!! Still feel good for going though and must remember that it isn't as bad as I always think it's going to be! (Actually there were a few nice looking men in there last night.....maybe that's the incentive I need to keep going!) :kisses2:Hehe in fact, I think I may just go again tonight!2019 will be my year!!0 -

Morning! Another sunny day
I definitely think my mood would be a hell of a lot lower if the weather wasn't so good at the moment. No chance I'd be eating properly and doing exercise - I'd be wallowing in self pity and sending lots of angry texts! 
So thankfully, another nice day and another good mood for me
Didn't go gym last night as I was proper aching from the last 2 days of exercise! but back again tonight. Have also found an article on the weight watchers website that tells you how to go from walking to running (can't make that extra step on my own!) so am going to start that programme when I go tonight.
Also back to weight watchers meeting tonight - have skipped the last 2 weeks because I've been very naughty so will be interesting to see how I get on! :undecided
Haven't done too much on the money saving side of things but ...... drum roll please....... PAYDAY TOMORROW!!! :j2019 will be my year!!0 -

It is motivation city here at the moment! :j
I went to WW and had lost 1 lb which was mega suprising as for the last 2 weeks since I went before all I have done is eat rubbish! It must be those 2 Sunday walks that did it because otherwise I have been terrible! :rotfl:
Then off to the gym I went and did the first day of my walking to running routine. I had to do 2 mins walking, then 1 min running and repeat 10 times, so works out to half an hour. Sounds pretty easy but was surprising how hard it got towards the end! Glad I did it though, is definitely spurring me on! Today's part of the routine is just a 30 min walk which will be nice!
Work is horrible today though, so am just clock-watching constantly. I want to get homes and sort my finances!
