Haha thanks anonymoose! That is exactly how I look but maybe with a bit more than one bead of sweat! Lol, such a nice image!
Had another gym sesh last night with more of the same routine, so am considering a night off tonight. Although I am off to my friends baby shower/bbq tomo so 1. No Gym and 2. Bad food & Booze! Maybe I should make up for it by going again tonight
First lot of bills for the month have gone out today and next lot due out on the 1st. Worst days of the month for me! It is so depressing seeing my hard earned cash disappear into the ether
Well, I say hard-earned, I spent wayyy to much time on MSE! Matter of fact, I best get back to the grindstone! 2019 will be my year!!0 -

Made it back to the gym for the first time in at least 4 weeks! Ouch! Pretty much back where I stared, just when I'd been starting to get a bit of definition to my arms too. Ah well!
I detest sit ups! :mad:Jan10: 28,315.81 Jan11: 18,015.32 Jan12: 7,682.58 Jan13: 2,987.73 Current debt: 1,225.55

Glad to hear you've gone back to the gym nicccatw! :T You will find that it gets easier pretty quickly and feel so much better after going. I need to start on the sit-ups, weights etc yet. All I've been doing so far is cardio to try and get that side of my fitness on the up, really need to put more effort in!
Didn't go Friday night in the end as I let myself have the night off, and then had the baby shower and a night out yesterday so no gym then. Was supposed to be having my 2 hour walk with mum again today but it's raining so we are going to go to the gym instead. :A How good am i?!
Am feeling pretty pleased with myself today really. I got in from my boozy night at 1.30am but still managed to get up at 8am today - not like me who usually needs 12 hours sleep! So I've had brekkie, put some washing on, changed my bed sheets, and have been sat going through my spending diary for the last hour or so. I do mine from 22nd-21st each month as I get paid on 22nd, and wasn't very good at keeping track as I went along but was clever enough to keep my receipts so have just gone through all of those plus my bank statements to see how I did. Am missing £30 somewhere though, obv didnt keep all receipts!!
It is interesting to see where all my money goes though! I went out for lunches and dinners quite a lot last month so most of it went on that, as well as my mum's birthday took up a fair bit. So I don't think I did too badly last month considering, although I've used up all the money I was trying to put aside for holiday spending money so have got to reign it in a lot more this month. Must keep track a lot better too!!

I need to keep a much better track too KP. Have a pile of receipts to go through but also know I've been to the cashline a few times this month (or got cashback) and that's the stuff I need to account for - the change that just sits in my purse and slowly disappears! And I know this but still ignore my spending diary!
I have been thinking about attempting a weekly budget just so as I can't ignore it for so long. However, I'm still at the "thinking" stage on that one! Need to do something thougg as want to do a few craft courses and I need to work out costs alongside debt-busting!
My arms have been sore today! It's ok as long as I don't have to lift them up into the air for any reason :rotfl::rotfl:. Stomach is no sore at all so despite the hated sit-ups, they are clearly doing nothing for my tummy muscles!Jan10: 28,315.81 Jan11: 18,015.32 Jan12: 7,682.58 Jan13: 2,987.73 Current debt: 1,225.55

I think you may have hit the nail on the head there! I reckon that could well be the stuff that is going walkies. Part of it must also be the 20p's, 10ps, 5p's and coppers that I put in my change pot as soon as I get them! Doubt very much it's £30's worth though so I reckon there must be times I've paid for something and not been given receipts.
Hey ho, have resolved to carry my notebook with me everywhere and write it down as soon as I spend it!
Went to the gym yesterday and did my walk/jog routine for half hour and then also did some cross trainer and 2000m on the rowing machine. Forgot how much I enjoy the rowing machine! Will def be doing that one again.

Your notebook sounds like a good idea. I keep notes on my mobile phone as well because I never seen to be that far away from it!!!Sealed Pot Challenge #9550

Morning all! Another lovely sunny day here

And I am in SUCH a good mood! I've had my first sponsor for Race For Life! :j So pleased, and now I feel like all this killing myself at the gym is worthwhile
