Hi all,
Just a quick hello as I've nothing much to report really. Just plodding along at work, trying my best not to spend unnecessarily and nervously waiting for 6pm as it's weigh in day today! Keep your fingers crossed for me!2019 will be my year!!0 -
Good luck with your weigh in! :jSealed Pot Challenge #9550

Morning all, well I was a bit disappointed really
I lost 1 lb but after all the crazy exercise and eating so well (aprt from Sat) I was hoping it would be more

Hi Kayleigh, I've been lurking a little and just wanted to say you're doing really well! I've been on the diet train off and on (for what seems like ages) and I get frustrated by losing teeny amounts when I've been good, but 1lb is great! Try not to be disappointed; if you keep the momentum up for next week then you might find more weight comes off then. So keep up the good work

It's still one pound lost
Keep going you can do it! Sealed Pot Challenge #9550 -
1lb lost is better than 0lb or +1lb

and muscle is heavier than fat so if you're exercising too, you might lose as much weight because you'll be gaining muscle

That's where I'm from Isla. I'll wave you across the finishing line - I'm guessing you finish in the massive park in the South-side, next to the gym (that's the gym I use) and not far from Asda.Kayleighpea wrote: »Morning all, well I was a bit disappointed really

I was going to the say same as Anonymoose... if you've been exercising, you'll be building up muscle mass so it'll look like you've lost less weight.
