I hadn't checked, but I do appreciate that you have a life and post the list when you have time hence my wording.
Lots of snow here but school is open. Littles dropped off, DH has gone to an important meeting in the landrover so I am house bound. I have S&S'd the kitchen, cleaned the hob, folded the clean washing and done an hours ironing in peace. I do get a lot more done if I just don't switch the laptop on.

Good morning! We have snow (surprise surprise) so DH has to stay home today. He's got a stiff neck and I've got a headache so not sure how much flying we will be able to do. I'm trying to persuade him to walk me to the shop to get milk but not sure he's very keen!
I've got to read from p.39 onwards but here's some bits from before that:
Hugs Helen and family
Nicki I hope you feel betterer soon
Welcome back Sunshinesheli
Hugs Valli, get some rest
JillD congrats on your CCs!

Now don't be silly.. I'd have to believe in something in order to be able to contract it.. My throat is feeling a touch better today but I still just want to sleep... after getting up late as it was! Plus that was 7 months ago.. if I was going to get anything related to that it would have happened months ago

How dare you? I know this thread resolves around you and I know you're not feeling well but my eldest has had ME since she was 15 and her relapse of the past 2 years has been the most horrendous thing to watch!
I am absolutely furious at your comment - you may not believe in ME but I deal with it's daily consequences!:jFlylady and proud of it:j0 -
DD1 came into my room this morning and said 'you've moved your bed' ! No - I moved the clutter!!! Made yesterday worthwhile!
Its great when people notice all the effort youve made and like Greenbee said, seeing the difference is a great motivator for doing more!
Well, I went for a nice hot long bath with a facemask so thats one thing I can cross that off my list!
Jumped into the HHC which ended up being 45 mins....but my kitchen is spotless again, apart from some cardboard Ive gathered up to go out to the recycling bin, but the bin is full and its clear its not going to be emptied today due to the weather, so......its still in the kitchen at this precise moment in time.
Little one is playing in his room at the moment, so Im going to do another 30 mins in the Living Room and then hopefully get some work done!!!!!!Sometimes lurking, sometimes posting, but always flying

All done Toots:D:D
Chickens are refusing to come out and play. Fairy nuff really.
I have defrosted the bird baths, cleared the snow off and topped up the feeders, etc. I now have a blackbird, a thrush, a robin and a bluetit feeding happily. I used some of the Christmas money from my parents to buy a bird feeder pole stand thing with four feeders on, and the birds have finally found it. Living Room was cleaned on Sunday/Monday cant remember which  so need to concentrate on the hall today to complete todays list.
Hugs to anybody that needs xI'd rather laugh with the sinners than cry with the saints - the sinners are much more fun0 -
I simply cannot comprehend schools being closed because of snow.. Thankfully as far as I am aware unless there are dead boilers and burst pipes all the schools here are open.. as they jolly well should be!
erm...because it is not just an issue of whether there is snow near the school, but also an issue of whether enough teachers(and support staff) can get in in order for the kids to be 1. safe and 2. get their entitlements, such as free school meals. Most of the schools in Devon are closed today, we are a rural area, and as such, almost everyone, teachers, support staff and students, travels in by bus or car, of necessity. No buses running today, except in central Plymouth.
Welcome, mummyleads.
Have...unloaded wm, made parsnip soup, visited neighbour (DH cleared the path to her loo, she still has an outside one, no bathroom indoors at all!)Please do not confuse me with other gratefulsforhelp. x0
