1 step, we did run with the personal challenge for a bit but it was a nightmare for Toots to keep track of, and caused lots of confusion so it got dropped. Nothing to stop you setting your own though? I might even join you next week..

    Thanks Hex!
I found those challenges very helpful.

    Afternoon all

Been pottering this morning but not actually done anything off my list. Tried to teach DD to knit but she can't manage it (will try again in a few days), now set her up with her jewellery making kit she got Xmas 08 and she's making necklaces while watching Harry Potter.

Waiting on the helpful people over on the DIY forum - so far it seems to be bearings they reckon which apparently is a big job  BUT possible for a DIY-er. So the question is do I do it myself, pay someone to come and fix it or just buy a new machine - I bought this one (Indesit) in 2005 and its on nearly every day :o Plus buying a new machine will means cutting back right across the board with money and saving until I can afford it as I'm not sticking it on the CCs this time! :o

I'm freezing so I'm going to do a HHC at 2.45 if anyone wants to join me

Um - Pigpen I mentioned a few posts back about the extra challenges we set, I think it used to be either 3 or 5 a week? Perhaps that post got missed!

I thought this was a good idea too. If it is something that has happened before, could we resurrect it please?
