Good luck with yours - want to chart your progress with us here?

Thanks for the offer, but I don't think it'd fit so well considering I do about 50 sit ups a week, as that is only a very small part of my workout.

I'm more into the bodybuilding side of things actually rather than just wanting a flat tummy, so have got a journal going on a BBing site, if anyone's remotely interested :

Hope everyone here gets the results they are after, whatever they may be

  • Have only played it a couple of times, but some of the new games are fun. It's got a calorie counter as well as the time-bank thingy, you can set a routine of yoga/muscle exercises into a workout and just let it run rather than having to pick each exercise and a few extra bits and bobs although not seen all new features as yet.

From what I've seen, the main difference is new games with just a few tweaks and improvements here and there. I got it for about £15 which I thought was OK.

Also bought the Biggest Loser one (about £10) for some variety, but not played that as yet. Just planning to use them as a top up on the days when I can't get to the gym, they will never be able to substitute the amount of cardio I need to do but it's a bonus of a few extra cals here and there.

  • I discovered I am able to do a push up, so I am adding 20000 push ups and reducing the number of sit ups and squats to 20000 each.
