I'm only on 145 so far but I moved furniture today to make space for better situps so I refuse to feel guilty :rotfl:

Remember that just as important as the exercise is the rest.

It's during the rest days that the muscles rebuild and strengthen.
    How to find a dentist.
    1. Get recommendations from friends/family/neighbours/etc.
    2. Once you have a short-list, VISIT the practices - dont just phone. Go on the pretext of getting a Practice Leaflet.
    3. Assess the helpfulness of the staff and the level of the facilities.
    4. Only book initial appointment when you find a place you are happy with.

Doesn't apply to abs. Doesn't apply at all really unless lifting heavy weights.
Abs or preferably crunches should be performed every day,

Lower abs can be worked from your armchair, though may drive your partner mad.

Sit comfortably with back into chair, feet together flat on floor. Raise knees, slowly extend legs and count to ten . Always before any ab exercises, draw in muscle first by tucking in the

Also especially for those with lower back trouble strengthen back with exercises too. The core is not abs alone.

You tube is your friend, good demos on there.

Right im in, have realised that unless i join a challenge i am less motivated and dont do much exercise. Am already on the exercise at least 3x a week thread and started the week off well but since tuesday laziness has set in and the body is suffering. I could blame the weather and since its still icy i can't go jogging on the weekend which is a pain :( so i am going to try to do 50000 sit ups plus 50000 squats. Great thread have been following it all week.

Have just done some sit ups and lunges

    Situps done so far: 30
Lunges and squats so far: 62 - my legs are killing me
This is a crazy challenge but if we all keep up with it we will all look even greater than we do now
