Thanks Nicky - I'm just doing them, but I took advantage of a personal trainer when there was a free hour offer on at my old gym so I'm pretty sure I'm doing them right :)

Count me in! I suspect I will start off at 50 a day & gradually up it.

I am also dieting, so this is another thing that will go on my diary each day!

    Good luck fellow sitters!

Ooh SugarSpun I like this..Will definitely have a go, tend to do 100 or so everytime I go the gym (only 3times a week but it's a start), so will get back into that routine and build upon it!! :)

I'm up to 100 total so far, to my shame - but will do some more later on and get to at least 500 by the end of the week - 1% of the way there :)

I'm only on 50 so far, the most I can seem to manage in one go at home on the laminate floor, but off to the gym in a bit so aim to improve on that then...
