How much is an FTB property where you live?

I think this is a possible FTB house. It's ex-council but in a good area. They always sell well. http://www.masson-glennie.co.uk/uploads/mgf00469/mgf00469.pdf
Nice place for ex-council, 3 bed terrace with off-street parking for 125K.
Thanks.“The great enemy of the truth is very often not the lie – deliberate, contrived, and dishonest – but the myth, persistent, persuasive, and unrealistic.

Thanks.
We lived in ours for 16 years. We sold it within 2 days in 2008. They're good, solid houses.0 -
Within 45 mins of where I work, I'm tempted by the (new-build - madness!) Cube KX - one-bedder on at £375K0

What about the place I've just posted up?
Particularly as it's a 3 bed semi!!!!!!!!!
I'd imagine a 1 or 2 bed flat would be cheaper still..... Or for s imilar price in a much better area.“The great enemy of the truth is very often not the lie – deliberate, contrived, and dishonest – but the myth, persistent, persuasive, and unrealistic.

1 bed house for circa 100k, some flats for a little less than that...a fair few flats a lot more than that!
The 1 bed houses are on a large estate within easy walking distance (in the main) of the main business in town and handy for the supermarket and pub.
The flats on the lower end of the price scale tend to be closer to the seafront but with no off street parking, the posh flats are generally up town and in the older part of the town.
This is for the nearest town which we are on the outskirts of, in the actual village...errr very expensive and very few FTB properties. We made it! All three boys have graduated, it's been hard work but it shows there is a possibility of a chance of normal (ish) life after a diagnosis (or two) of ASD. It's not been the easiest route but I am so glad I ignored everything and everyone and did my own therapies with them.
Eldests' EDS diagnosis 4.5.10, mine 13.1.11 eekk - now having fun and games as a wheelchair user.0 -

Look, we can all find examples of madness.
But equally, even in London, and given how widespread a 45 minute commute can be there, surely you can find one bed flats in acceptable areas for under 150K?“The great enemy of the truth is very often not the lie – deliberate, contrived, and dishonest – but the myth, persistent, persuasive, and unrealistic.
