Anyone who gets up at 5 o'clock in the morning merely to post inflammatory nonsense from the Daily Express/Mail is a troll in my book.

Ahh, well if you have a different definition of troll to everyone else then fair enough. I would define troll the same as most people would: someone who just posts off-topic stuff to annoy others. Your definition seems to be people who post at times you don't like and from sources you don't rate.

Apologies, but it still just sounds like you don't like him and don't agree with what he says. And suspiciously like you don't really have much debating skills to argue the case with him, thus just calling him a troll.

I've already told you. Debating with such people merely encourages them.

Have a poll and see how many other people here think he's a troll too, quite a number I should imagine. If hamish were a bear he'd have been banned within a couple of days.

Done a Rightmove search and found it very telling that the first page and a half are all retirement or holiday sheds.
Would rather poke my eyes out than live in the first 1 bed flat at £85k. Did find a OK 2 bed at £99950(STC). Could do with a bit of work but could be really nice, only problem is it is at the top of the biggest hill ever. I would need oxygen by the time I got to it.

Well debating with you's already become tiresome.

FOR EXAMPLE: I'd rather read what Hamish has to say rather than what you don't have to say. You're already a troll to me - Ciao!!!:T

What a strange and paranoid person you sound.

I think if you ran a poll on here to see how many agreed with everything Hamish posted you would find that most people wouldn't. I imagine that most of the people who don't agree with him also have the intelligence to understand that he's an intelligent poster who contributes to the subject matter of the board.

I could make a list very quickly of a a load people that I often don't agree with on here but respect that they write on topic and contribute. Hamish is one of these. You wouldn't be on that list.

You'd pay less insurance as you'd not be on a flood plane and good exercise for you!!:D

Never thought about the insurance !
Doubt it could burn down either as air would be too thin to sustain a fire.

Some people seem unwilling to travel more than 30 miliseconds from where they currently live or work, so they reckon there isnt anything even remotely affordable. Bit daft really.

Don't know about the air here but I live right on top of a hill and I love it. It's not quite the end of God's earth as we do have "facilities", ie some transport, light and water and fire engines!!:D

Now all the snow is thawing, well, I stopped answering the phone!!

Anyway, I've been paying insurance for years - buildings and contents -and never have they let me make a legitimate claim.:o
