  • Hi everyone. I stayed the same this week so will do my best to lose next week. It's not easy at this time of year though is it? I often find myself craving pudding and custard - and we don't usually have "afters" in our house. I'm sure it's the weather and the dark evenings. Roll on spring - can't bring myself to eat salad when the weather's cold. Bye for now - well done to all of you who are doing so well xx

I'm not sure I've done too well today  Could one of our SW experts have a looksy :p

Breakfast - Ready Brek made with water (HEb)

    Lunch - Mug Shot

Dinner - Spaghetti on toast (HEb)

Milk from HEa for brews, pickled cucumber and fruit for snacks.
Is it better to aim for the stars and hit a tree or aim for a tree and land in its branches

Looks OK to me Spud, you could have a jacket spud with cheese (hea)on if you are a bit peckish later:D
But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.

Ohh, I'm off to bed in a min, not hungry at all. Lunch is usually a salad but the cook had run out, so rather than risk summink else, I came home for a mugshot. Wasnt sure if I'd missed anything
