  • The day started really well. I pointed and all was well.

    But then tea happened and I am way over points.

    Mum obviously didn't know I was WW ing this week - only really decided today to start properly so tea was not remotely diet friendly.

    Any how. tomorrow I am having ginger cake (2pts), cuppa soup 1.5, bread 3pts, and fruit and maybe salad if I have time.

    After work I will trot off to Sainsburys and get a thermos thing. and the ingredients for the soup.

    I need to think of sometihng for breakfast. ideas welcome.

  • Time wise it needs to be something I can eat at work. I eat scrambled eggs at the weekend and cereal but work days breakfast doesn't happen.
