Are you doing Slimming World Spud?

    That is fricking amazing.

    bloody well done. xxxx

P.s I have put on 6 pounds since last week and I know this sounds like a cop out but I really think the scales are wrong - yes I know, stop laughing! but basically I got on them 4 times this morning and each time they said something different (With a 15 pound range I have picked the middle weight??) so I am going to pick up some new scales next week. so for now leave me out?? I think Morrisions has a weigh in thing so I might walk down there and weigh in..........if I am feeling brave. It didn't seem to working today so I am not sure it is worth the walk mind you the walk be exercise.

Hello all, Buffy there is definitely something wrong with those scales unless you've been doing massive costume changes in between:p. Are they on carpet? if so try moving them to a hard floor, might help.

I lost another 4lbs so well chuffed with that:D.

Thanks for adding me to the list, my scales have broken so not a good start. Does everyone weigh themselves weekly - is there a specific day for admitting our achievements/disappointments? Well done to all those that have lost.

Weigh in will be over a window of 2 days over the weekend as I will not have time to update the spreadsheet during the week. To let me know your losses can you please post the amount IN RED as this means I can spot them easily. Please feel free to check the Spreadsheet when you like and inform me of any descrepancies.

    :dance:Dance of the Day..............

I reckon that having a good old mad dance brightens your day, raises energy levels and burns off a few excess calories too. So every day I shall post a dance of the day.

Dont be shy now, get your hairbrush microphones out and go mad

  • Hello everyone,

Just dropping by to post a loss/gain of 0lbs. Had a really good week, but it just doesn't want to shift  Never mind, won't be too disheartened, back on it again!

Hope everyone is doing well, well done on some really great losses!

  • 1lb for me this week :j

Being back at work has helped me stop picking at sweeties and now all the Christmas goodies have been stolen by the fairies  I don't feel the need to munch my way through the cupboard to get rid of temptation :D

Although it is too cold to take my usual salad for lunch I have been making do with cup a soups and 2 slices of bread or a ham batch and yoghurt. I still take fruit for snacking and I tried the Special K bars and Tesco light choices fruit bars also and they were really nice.

Also glad that the girls at work have decided to start back up going badminton once a week after work. There is usually between 4 and 8 of us who go each week. I don't even realise how much I run around until the end of the hour but it spurs me on to do more exercise during the week after I go. It certainly helped me lose the weight before.

Well done everyone, nice to see so many still going strong with this thread :T

    Hi

I had a 3lbs gain at weigh in this week - but that has been over 5 weeks, since I last went to SW, so really not too unhappy with that knowing what I have eaten over Christmas!!
