Are you doing Slimming World Spud?

    That is fricking amazing.

    bloody well done. xxxx

P.s I have put on 6 pounds since last week and I know this sounds like a cop out but I really think the scales are wrong - yes I know, stop laughing! but basically I got on them 4 times this morning and each time they said something different (With a 15 pound range I have picked the middle weight??) so I am going to pick up some new scales next week. so for now leave me out?? I think Morrisions has a weigh in thing so I might walk down there and weigh in..........if I am feeling brave. It didn't seem to working today so I am not sure it is worth the walk mind you the walk be exercise.

Thanks Buffy. Yep, doing SW. It seems to suit us as a family, we're never hungry and we're still having our customary weekly take away and weekend bottle of rose. Total Spud family lard loss since 2nd Jan is 37 lbs but we do haveLOADS to lose.

I'm sure your scales must be wrong hun. Try on a hard floor if poss, always weigh in at the same time, on the same floor surface.
Is it better to aim for the stars and hit a tree or aim for a tree and land in its branches

  • Am back with more scale tales, now I weight five pounds less then yesterday! I must have done some serious exercising in my sleep!! ;). That was on both the hard floor in the conservatory and the carpet bit in the kitchen.

The wosit in morrisions is bust (my neighbour weighs there has been bust for weeks) She thinks the public swimming pool has one........or maybe a chemist.

I did my walking DVD and have pointed my food ( cereal 3pts, bacon egg and mushrooms 6 points, one square of dark chocolate 1 pt) I am on 22 points.

I have 12 left. plus 1.5 exercise points

Any ideas what I can use to take soup to work in?( I want to make the no point soup). None of my lunch boxes are watertight, and I would need to heat it up in the mircowave at work, do you think those snap and lock boxes are water proof?

I might point cuppa soup as well for snacking purposes.

    good days peoplexxxx

  • Does it stay warm Lou? cos on the days I run clubs that would be good cos I can't get to the mircowave.........hmmm. they had some in Sainsburys. That and a bagel - only three points for lunch!

Not sure about over a long day Buffy as I eat mine at lunch, I suppose it will if you dont take the lid off until you need it?
