another 1.5 lbs off this week, I've not been very good either so I'm really pleased with that.

    Hello

Can I come in for a coffee? Black, no sugar thanks.

I'm on day 2 of CD, aiming to lose 2 stones - wasn't sure if I could join in with this if I'm doing CD, but will lurk and post and gain a bit of motivation from it at least if you don't mind?

Struggling today - not because I particularly want to eat, but because I'm ill, and the shakes are making me feel sick...but saying that, if I wasn't having them, I probably wouldn't have eaten at all for the last 2 days, so at least I am getting SOME vitamins/minerals/fluids etc.

Have no energy at all but think that's the sickness as much as the CD.

Yes, if you're sure you don't mind. :)

I did say to myself that if I need to eat something today then I will, but tbh I couldn't stomach anything anyway!

Wouldn't it be nice if it was always this easy (apart from the sickness, obviously!).

No gains or losses this week for me either.

Except have lost another 1 cm from waist bringing the total to 2 cm and remarkable 9 cm from my bum - I don't know how I managed that and yes I have remeasured so many times that I do have to believe it.

  • Reporting 0.5 Ib lost today, have not managed to get to the gym this week, so hopefully back on track next week.

Buffy, like Lou says I'm doing WW online, only get 19 points though...and went to wetherspoons with DS for lunch and had fish n chips which was 17!!! Already used 3.5 for brekkie... have walked for hours so think I might manage to eat something later without going over for the day but don't usually eat my activity points:(...

P.S. skinny DS also ate a marizpan bar and an empire biscuit! so I have resisted lots today:D.
