Don't be dispondant, we all have weeks like this and just think about the fact that the weight is coming off, even if it is in smaller segments than you would like. The number on the scales is heading in the right direction and they do say that a slow weightloss is more sustainable in the long term. Well done!!!I'm buying No More Toiletries, I'm Deluttering and I'm Losing Weight for 2010!0 -
Hi everyone,
1lb off for me this week. Not sure how well i will do this week as i am not feeling motivated at all and trying not to visit the supermarket before i get paid on friday. this means i will have to eat what is in the cupboards which isn't exactly low fat or that healthy!!!

hey everyone! well done to those who lost out there :T and hang on in there to the ones who didnt.
I am proud to anounce a 2Lb loss this week wooohooooooo
normally I lose a pound or two then it starts going back on but so far things are going in the right direction. lets just hope it continues.
Also noticing that I must be getting fitter as I can now jog on the Wii for the long distance without dying and being out of breath 2 minutes in. (managed to even do it twice last night and was sooooo pleased with myself.)
baby steps works.....

After a Saturday from diet hell (went visiting friends and was at the mercy of a pub lunch and curry in the evening, no booze though) I'm hopefully back on the straight and narrow.
Yesterday was OK and I managed to stick to the 1200 cal thing (just) and today has been better so far.
I really want to do this so will stick to the stricter diet a bit longer than first anticipated to make sure that the 7lbs goes then reavaluate from there.
Weigh in is Thursday so hopefully a few strict days will reverse the damage from Saturday?0 -

These are also my downfall. The ones i eat are not even that amazing, but i find when dunked in tea or coffee they taste a lot better suddenly! Still, they are very bad and pointless waste of calories.November 2018 make £10/day - £21/£300
