1lb loss for me. Went for a 3 mile walk with my sister this morning and will pledge to do an exercise DVD this evening, might do Yogalates or I may be brave and start the 30 day shred...

I have STS this week too, which isn't good but I am just grateful I haven't put any weight back on as it's been such a stressful week I was worried I'd put on half a stone!

My measurements have changed slightly again:-

    Bust: Same (37 inches)
Waist: Lost half an inch (28.5)
Hips: Gained half an inch (Back up to 40!)

Booze & garlic bread were my downfall this week, must try harder next!

Good luck everyone for the coming week, & congrats to the "losers" x

-1lb for me this week :-)
slightly gutted as I have been really 'on it' throughout this week but never mind, it makes me -7lb overall for 2 weeks so I am happy really!
Well done to all other 'losers' (!)

Well done to all who have lost weight since the start of the year.

Have you noticed that one week you are don't lose weight after a 'good' eating and exercise week then get disheartened, eat 'bad' food, don't drag yourself to the gym - weigh after another week and lose lbs??!! I think my body has a 10 days to 2 weeks delay system. Does anyone know where I am coming from?

So to date I believe I have lost 3lbs - 1 lb off my target. After a bad eating week, I'm guessing I'll put on couple of pounds(sorry for being pessimistic).
Money wise: I have hit the shops too much leaving me with £19.55 until 31 Jan 11. Do you think it might be possible for me to meet the January Grocery Challenge as the fridge is bare and the cupboards supplies are slowly disappearing?

Recipe: pitta bread ripped up into bite sized pieces sprinkle over some hard cheese and pop in the oven until the pitta bread is crispy. Tip, use wholemeal pittas and if on WW or SW then maybe use 1/4 or 1/2 of your cheese allowance (ie sparingly). The recipe did say olive oil but I skipped this as the oil would be wasted calories. Maybe spray oil would help to make them tastier.

Also, I have been growing lentils this week. They are super-food, taste okay in salads and are very cheap. Green or brown lentils I find the best to grow.

Good luck to you all and have a 'Good' eating and gym week.

    Kx

The only delay I have is the lbs not dropping quick enough :rotfl:

I guess you just have to keep motivated & remember it will drop off in the couple of weeks if you keep up the good work! 3 lbs is good though, definitely keep it up.

Might be doable - how many people is that £19.55 meant to feed? & what sorts of things have you got left in the house?

Good luck to you as well x

    Well gang.
I have not had a great eating week.
I have deceided(reluctantly) I need to go back to a class.
For those of you who know me my walking is becoming even worse & my knees are giving my gyp.
For the sake of mobility I cannot go on like this.
So much as I dont want to go back to a class I need to.
