whatever they say Lou - just keep going forwards. You've had loads on your plate recently and you deserve to be kind to yourself and pamper yourself xx

Damn that webcam, I must hide my plate under the table when on lappy:D

Thanks BB, I think when this nightmare is completely over OH and I are going to have a few days away together. Perhaps the lake district with lots of hill walking.

Both myself and MrJ have gained 1lb this week. I still feel full from the meal last night so that will answer for some of it:o

Lots to do today as we have to start preparing for handing notice in on MIL house soon. Food shopping to do and a trip to the hospital at visiting time.

I look forward to seeing your posts tonight:)

  • STS for me this week. That's ok, I had some wine last night and some wine on Monday ........and a piece of medicinal cake on Friday after a bit of a stressful meeting I was chairing so I'm cool with that.

Just back from a 2 mile walk along a very windy harbourside, it was very choppy out on the water and the tide was right in as well. Wanted to do 3.5 miles today so am going to go back out again later and do the same walk. Was going to do a more field/countryside walk but it's dry along the harbour so decided to stick to somewhere that wasn't too muddy underfoot.

I can see just what you are up to Mrs Lou :p Walking in the lakes sounds perfect. Haven't been there for donkeys years. Must add it to the list of places to go ;)

I have never been to the lake district, which is bad as it is practically on my doorstep.

  • Well I have stayed the same since the start.

First week, depressed about work and not organised.
Second week, killer back pain and not organised.

Hopefully week three will be better. I have made the public commitment on FB that I am doing WW

    Food so far today
    3 bacon rashers grilled
    fried mushrooms
    2 slices of brown bread.

and a cup of tea (no milk)

    see you later xxxx
    Nevertheless she persisted.
