Good Luck with all that Louise :T:T:TWhat do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.0

Hiya folks
My 'weigh-in' day is Wednesday, so feel free to exclude me if that mucks the spreadsheets and whatnot up. I'll continue to state losses and gains here anyway.
I've been a bit of a bad girl this weekend, having perhaps one too many vodka & diet cokes and 4 (yes! 4!) dumplings in my casserole yesterday, so I'm back on the wagon again today. So far I've had an Oat So Simple for brekkie and a bowl of minestrone soup for lunch. Hoping the peppermint tea can keep the hunger monsters at bay until dinner...which is actually more soup today, although homemade tomato and vegetable. I'm hoping to claw back some of my lbs before Wednesday to give me the boost I need.
Hope everyone's warm and well, and well done to all the losers! If you've STS or gained just use it as more incentive to triumph!
