:j I am pleased to report that I have lost 1lb! :jMeasurements are also down:-
Bust: 37 inches from 38
Waist: 29 inches from 30
Hips: 39.5 inches from 40
I'm quite surprised with myself since I have had a few bad days & have barely done any exercise...for example on Thursday, work treated me to a free lunch - usually it's a buffet so I figured I'd be fine, just pick the salad sandwiches, leave the crisps & have the fruit, etc etc, but it turned out to be Domino's pizza  (A weakness of mine).
So I had 2 slices of veggie pizza & 1 meat, & hardly any dip (I usually drown the crusts in the garlic & herb dip, mmm).
Does anyone else find it hard sometimes to strike a balance between being debt free/saving money & losing weight?
Well done to all the other "losers" this week :T
To those that STS or even gained - don't get disheartened just keep at it & you'll get there, & in the meantime - group hugs! :grouphug::idea:Debt at July 2012: £12,862.57

Hi everyone, hope you are all well.
I've somehow lost 5lb!!! I think this is the Christmas excess of food/chocolate/wine/cheese leaving my body as quickly as I put it in, I doubt this rate of weight loss will continue! I did use different scales but I will be sticking with the ones I used today as I think they are more accurate.
Got a terrible urge to open a bottle of wine tonight now to celebrate......Trying to jump back onto the moneysaving wagon .... :cool:0 -
