  • Well done to all who have lost this week.

Its STS for me, hoping to see a loss next week though. :D

We're starting a diet club at work so hopefully the extra motivation will do me the world of good and lots of people to slap me if I'm tempted by those post chrimbo choccies that are always floating around. :p

Well done to everyone on their results this week! A STS or a gain doesn't matter, just keep going.

-8 for me this week. Very happy with that. The average I need to lose to hit 3.5 stone off for my birthday is now nearly at 2 a week rather than the 2.5 it was last Sunday. Am aiming for 2.5 this week to keep the average going along nicely.

Walked 2.5 miles today across the same healthland as last Sunday. Wanted to walk the next bit but the field was under water and felt disappointed that I was turning back. Me, walking and disappointment at not doing more? What has come over me?!!!! :D Looking to do a couple of miles a couple of times during the week and then find a 3.5 mile walk for next Sunday to up the distance a bit. Want to be at 5 miles by the end of February, I reckon I can do that and a bit more by then :)

I have amended my spreadsheet to my new target which is the 3.5 stone and another half stone which I feel will be a 'tone up' phase and it predicts I will be there on 23 May which is perfect. If that slips a bit it doesn't matter.

My new target means I will still be 2.5 stone overweight when you look at the weight charts but I want to stay curvy rather than 'slim' and I will be at my slimmest since I was 18 or 19.

Need to start finding a few glamour puss outfits for BB to wear for my birthday ;)

  • I have stayed the same, going back to work has been very hard to be honest. My eating has been all over the show and we still have lots of post Christmas chocolate around.

I am focussing on burning 500 calories a day, not in any kinda scientific hugely accurate way but the exercise bike has a calorie counter on it and i have found a website http://www.healthstatus.com/cgi-bin/calc/calculator.cgi to help work out some others, Shred burns 200 calories and my walk a mile DVD burns 100. That doesn't seem fair!
    Surely shred should burn more!

Well done to the losers/STS this week:j

I will update the tracker as soon as I can but this week is going to be completely mental.

Today - at work until 8.30pm
Tuesday - work then sons audition at college on evening
    Wed - work until 8.30pm
Thurs - work then MIL assessment then brothers concert, home about 10.30pm
Friday - work then DS2's drum lesson

Plus we have relatives staying over for MIL's assessment from Weds until Sat and in the week its my Mums birthday too.

Hopefully I can keep ontop of the eating but somethings just might have to go out of the window like our daily walks.

See you at the weekend folks.......if I make it to then:eek:

Don't forget Britains Biggest loser starts tonight at 9pm
But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.
