    I know its not been a week, but I weighed myself......245.5 lbs, thats 2.5lb off since 5 days ago:j
    ...and I've just had a bath so I'll be waterlogged, no?....is that not how it works?

    So, I'll bite the bullet and aim to be 230lb ( 16st 6lb) by the end of September. Which will be 18lb off.

    I have had 2 sausages and a few potatoes for dinner which were leftovers from the boys dinner...I am too tired to eat:o

    I would love to meet the person who decided that the week the kids come back is also the week for night time enrolment for evening classes:mad:
