Awww pepe I was there yesterday, if I'd have known you were there today I'd have gone today and had a coffee.

Another 1lb lost this week, I seem to be dropping a pretty steady 1lb a week at the moment. I know if I actually moved my behind I might lose a bit more.

Dunno about next week though, the massive box of harribo and the ever so lovely HUGE costco cupcakes might get the better of me

Not for long I bet my weigh day is monday really but I didn't post my weight then. I'm trying really really hard not to weigh in between because I either get all depressed if Ive not lost or super happy if I have. Super happy usually means I think I can go and eat a dozen mars bars because I've been so good

Of course if I have a day where I wee a lot I hop on the scales :rotfl:

thankyou for the comments, I feel as if I was fishing for them, but I wasn't

Am wearing a straight black skirt and a top that is quite pulled in at the waist today (a kind of 40s look I suppose altogether), my boss (who keeps up with what I've done as he struggles with weight himself) said 'what you're wearing looks nice - you are really going to get comments wearing that!' Then 2 minutes later - I did! A colleague whispered in the corridor 'you're looking very slim - am I allowed to say that?' I was a bit depricating (sp?) and said 'oh well, long, long way to go' and she said 'doesn't matter, you look great'.

What I mustn't do is start to hear and then respond to the tiniest of sabotage voices that are forming 'ooh, you've done so well............mmmmmmmmmm...........just a little treat will be fine'...........nope, not listening!!

They chuck out loads of cakes!
I'm normally found there about 0800 m,w,f ....looking bored . Reading my book .....after telling my lot how big the queues are at the unloading dock , ha ha !

BB - everytime you think of the snacks, think of what your boss and colleague said to you....and I bet you're looking fantastic right now regardless.

Day 2 of the no popcorn, and I even resisted at the cinema....virtuous me....i ate strawberry laces instead lol
