). I was also told that I 'have' to get to a size 10. I said I didn't want to be that thin and with my shape/height, a 10 would be very unlikely anyway. I was then told 'ok, a 12'. So I politely informed him that I am choosing what weight I want to be and the dress size I want to be. I said that as I am hour glass shaped (I have a very defined waist in comparison to my chest/hips) that would be why I didn't want to be a size 10 as it wouldn't be my 'shape'.
Hour glass? He said......you're not hour glass shaped........you're orange shaped........he said and then drew the outline of an orange on the table with his fingers.......
Days? Numbered? You bet ya
If I knew what shape a !!!!!! was, then I'm sure he'd be a perfect match.
Panis seems to have some good ideas about what to do there.
Do you have a balcony for your next Holiday BB?....you hear these stories about 'accidents' all the time....
btw, I am being very, very good with my eating. Been up to Skelmersdale twice ( Friday and Sunday) and whereas this would normally entail an emergency 4 pack of M&S Pain-au-Chocolat from Knutsford Services ( the one that says NO TRUCKS:D)....I resisted and stuck to my fruit and nuts ( thats almonds, walnuts etc, not some sort of underwear problem).
Also, was at Smithfield market this morning and DIDNT get a Danish and had sweeteners in my tea. This is a big step.:D stay wonky

Right, I need to get serious here too.
It was back to work for me today, and I swear those little chairs nearly killed me. The belly and arriss need to go, and quicklyIs it better to aim for the stars and hit a tree or aim for a tree and land in its branches :think:Loves being a Wonderbra friend :kisses3:

I can also feel it in many other ways, feeling very unfit.:D stay wonky

I walked to work and back today and plan to do that as often as possible. I'm still suffering with the bursitis in my hip and regular sciatica, both of which would likely improve if I lost the weight.
Them flippin chairs though nearly killed me today, I kept losing the feeling in my legs and feet
Hmmm I'm thinking I might do some exercise bike or something later :cool:Is it better to aim for the stars and hit a tree or aim for a tree and land in its branches :think:Loves being a Wonderbra friend :kisses3:

I get sciatica occassionally too Spud, make sure you do some stretches before you start to walk. Just bend, gently!, from the waist........dont touch your toes, they're far too far away ( well mine are!)....just enough to feel your muscles beginn to pull a bit. Put your legs, one at a time, on to a dining chair or your kitchen worktop and lean gently forward, again till your muscles start to pull a little bit....hold for 10 seconds or so. Do it again after you've walked.
...and reach up, grab the chocolate from the top of the kitchen cupboards and run!....maybe not.:D stay wonky

It's horrible isnt it. Mine started when I was expecting DS, I'd often have to ring DH and tell him I was stuck somewhere unable to move. Hopefully, losing some weight might help relieve things a bitIs it better to aim for the stars and hit a tree or aim for a tree and land in its branches :think:Loves being a Wonderbra friend :kisses3:
