I am really gutted. I have just got on the scales. Over the summer I have managed to gradually put back on the whole of the 10 Lbs that I lost:(
So it's back to square one and the diet starts today, in preparation for Christmas. I will be alcohol free this week and try to keep to 1200 to 1400 calories.
Hopefuly, I will have something more cheerful to report next week.Shaggyx
What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.0 -
I am not far behind you Shaggy:(
Just got on the scales and I have put on half a lb this week:mad:
I am almost back to square one again.
Quite surprised actually as I havent had a bad week but I must be putting more in than going out so need to really, really, really take things seriously now.
Spud, I hope your parcel arrived in time for the wedding:A
well done to those who have lost this week:TBut these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.0 -
I put on all the weight I lost and then some more over the summer holidays.
I caught sight of myself yesterday and oh boy that was depressing. I wish the Boots in my High street had a weighing scale. I like getting the little print outs.
Well like isn't exactly the word.
Any how I am going to exercise. I don't eat so badly but I don't move for hours.
