Hi everyone, I've been doing a bit of lurking on this thread for a bit
Ok, here's the story. Right after having Lils I weighed myself and was 12st 10 . I got right onto dieting and managed to get down to 11st with every intention of keeping going and getting back down to my pre marriage, holidays, baby weight of 8st7. But, being forced to give up music which involved a lot of physical activity I just get stuck. I got a bit depressed with it all and what with starting this course and the huge amount of choccie that involves I put on 7lbs or so.
So, on my last shift on delivery suite I said to one of the senior midwives that the next time she saw me I would be 2st lighter. Me and my big mouth eh. Now, not being one to fail at anything if it can be helped at all I've got to get my head down and get it done. I've done ok, in 4 weeks I've lost 10lbs. I'm 10st4 today. I need to do better though lol otherwise i'm going to have to throw some sickies :rotfl:
I'm doing weight watchers online. I wish I could do cambridge but having a soy allergy puts a stop to that. I need to do some exercise though to shift a bit more. I bloody hate exercising though.
So, I'll pop in here to help a bit, if that's ok with you all?:A

I said I didn't want to be that thin and with my shape/height, a 10 would be very unlikely anyway. I was then told 'ok, a 12'. So I politely informed him that I am choosing what weight I want to be and the dress size I want to be. I said that as I am hour glass shaped (I have a very defined waist in comparison to my chest/hips) that would be why I didn't want to be a size 10 as it wouldn't be my 'shape'.
Hour glass? He said......you're not hour glass shaped........you're orange shaped........he said and then drew the outline of an orange on the table with his fingers.......
Days? Numbered? You bet ya

I wouldn't mind getting back to a 12, it's a definite possbility. Wouldn't want to go too much smaller, maybe a 10 in the shops which size bigger (like Asda) just to make me feel better lol.
Will weigh in on Tuesday again as lil sis goes home tomorrow.** Total debt: £6950.82 ± May NSDs 1/10 **** Fat Bum Shrinking: -7/56lbs **

Thats it! Put another pound on over the weekend:mad:
If Asda sizes are bigger then I have been fooling myself for years as 90% of my clothes are from there.:o
Best start keeping a food diary again
B-Cornflakes and skimmed milk
L - chicken salad brown bun/low fat yog
D- Lemon and pepper Turkey escalop with pots and peas (not the healthiest choice but needs using up today)
Snacks will be fruit and an alpen light bar
Excercise - 6 mile walk, I shall be rushing around at work too as the students start back today:eek:But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.0
