BB, he's being a prat! He's trying to give you an unreasonable expectation and wants you to fail so he can pick up the pieces and go 'there, there, it's ok, i still want you' (but in his head he carries on 'but no-one else will') Ok, more than a prat, he's a prick and thinks he can get away with it. Just smile sweetly and know you're the stronger one for doing something for yourself!

BB I am sure that nobody is thinking ill of you. I can honestly say you are one of the most honest, kind and lovely people that anyone could meet and you dont have a mean or nasty bone in your body.....your OH however seems to have been made out of the bits they throw away from the dog food factory.

I have had a very tiring but healthy day, ended up having quorn sausages and mushy peas for dinner followed by a 6 mile walk:A

I think you are a lovely person BB too nice to be stuck with him. Do a Shirley Valentine and leave him behind saves on the excess baggage. You deserve soooo much better and you will feel much happier when you have done it. You are doing a great job and putting me to shame I am a STS this week. If you need a hand to lay a "patio" then i am sure you will have lots of willing helpers to help flatten that suspicious lump lying under the slabs xxx

Hello all! :hello:Sorry to burst in mid-topic I know nothing about!? But I would love to join you in the Halloween Challenge please! I know I'm late but I only have 7lbs to lose and I make it almost 8 weeks so hopefully it's doable! I'm using the FoodFocus website to track my calories - I lost a stone and a half in about four months last year with it, but half a stone of that has crept back on, I need to stop it creeping!

I promise I will be better tomorrow, big meeting for about 4 hours after 10 hour shift so will be completely hyper on NO SUGAR strong coffee.....and hopefully that will have a 'weight-losing' effect, TMI!, iykwim:p

Its all right for you girls, you can replace the lipgloss with superglue and no-one would notice, I have to be proper good:D

I have completely fell off the wagon & its well & truley left me behind. I`ve cancelled my weight watchers membership too cus i can`t afford to pay for summat i`m not using properly. I`ve decided to have a couple of weeks just eating what i want then i`m gonna get back on it. So i`ll slope off & hide in the corner until i`ve sorted myself out....
