Tomatoes, spring onion, coriander, lemon juice , a little chopped chilli made beforehand. Make the cous cous un a bowl with hot water a.d then stir in the salad. Alternatively make the precious night if you like it cold . Range segments are nice in it or chick peas.
Lemon mint and feta is nice too, feta added after it cools down:D

    Hello everyone:hello:

Another good food day for me....

B - Allbran and skimmed milk, 1 slice of toast
L - Egg and cress in a brown roll, yogurt
D - just had sliced roast gammon with a few oven chips and an egg fried in fry light

Will be off out walking later, going to do 6 miles tonight.

Cous Cous with roast veg is yummy, will definitely try Jinks feta cheese suggestion too.

My theme park tickets arrived today:j

    Well done Lou,
You are having a great week :T. To all you other lovelies ;) on the thread, keep up the good work!
I have just started a three day grapefruit diet from this weeks Woman's Own, to try to speed up the move down from 11 stone to 10 stone, which has been a real sticking point in the past.

    So breakfast this morning was:-

2 boiled eggs and a glass of grapefruit juice.

I confess to be a tad tired of grapefruit already, but keep visualising it's fatbusting and cholesterol lowering qualities, to ease the journey :).

    Have a great day everyone.
I learned that courage was not the absence of fear, but the triumph over it. The brave man is not he who does not feel afraid, but he who conquers that fear.
