Hi Lou and all? Can I join your little weightloss group please? I am getting there alone but I need to up the pressure and go for 2lb instead of 1lb a week. So first goal is 17lb loss

Another good food day for me.....
B - 2 x brown toast with a scraping of utterly buttlerly light
L - Cheese and onion brown roll, apple, banana, cherries
D - Just had some home made chicken curry (Spud's recipe), 1/4 nan bread
Enjoying a dark mint kit kat now and a cuppa.
I am off to the pub with OH (unheard of) but we are walking to the one 2 miles away and back, probably only have a couple as I am out with my dancy best mate tomorrow night......at the town:beer::j
