    Well if nothing else I managed to make a sick person smile last night:o:rotfl:hope you are feeling better this morning Jinks xx

    I have lost another 1 lb this week which takes me to the lightest I have been in about 5 years:j only 2.5 lbs to go to target.

    Looks like its going to be a very hot day today, think I shall potter in the garden and conserve my energy for my 2nd night out tonight:)

    Dont forget to post your losses everyone...........I am waiting:D

    Morning all ohh errghh rolling in the hay were we Louise??
    I have to say without the banter & moral support on here I don't think I'd have done so well so cheers everyone!

    Well down to buisiness it's been a good week for me I have lost 1.5lbs yey and am now in flipping size 14 trousers & tops (wohoo havent been this size for at least 3 years and it feels fabulous!!)
    Looks like its gonna be a scorcher today so am off for a swim later and mooch around the sales for size 14 clothes lol!

    Ps Louise I know my original target was a 28lb loss but now I've surpassed that my new target is 55lbs loss please could you update when you have a minute thanks very much :-)

    I have just had a look at the tracker and you have lost almost 2 and a half stone:T

    I have updated your target now.

    I dont do rolling in the hay, not without a large blanket on it anyway:D
    But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.

  • Morning all. I don`t think i`ve posted for a couple of weeks cus i`ve been busy getting my house ready to put it on the market, this is now done but needless to say that over the past week i haven`t been good at all foodwise. So i`ve put on 3.5lbs which o`m not happy about at all.

    Anyway onward & upwards & back to tracking religiously in aan attempt to lose some of what i have put on. I`m coming to the point of thinking that o was never meant to be thin (or even thinner than i am!)
