Well done hypno, before you know it you'll be on level 3 :rotfl:.

You'll have your six pack and iron buttocks by 23rd July. Get the little cropped tops and hot pants out ready ;).

Well done Mr J. Has he been using any particular plan Lou? Thanks.

At first he was following the SW extra easy plan but just from home then he sort of ate normally and just was careful with snacking and has cut down on his alcohol consumption but I think the main factor has been all the walking he has done. He also does additional walking to our joint walks.

It really does tenmah, and our daily walks have really given us some quality time together which sometimes goes by the wayside when you are working and have a family.

He is taking the boys to play badminton tomorrow too and I am not worried that he is going to keel over during the game anymore:o

I think that is so lovely but so unusual. More people should do it.

am off out tonight dancing, nearly weighed in but too many people around!

Have a good Saturday night all

    Hi everyone.

I don't have a weightloss to report in with this week. I joined SW on Thursday and started doing the Easy plan, so fingers crossed for my weigh in next week. I am just not able to do it by myself, I need to have someone ' check ' up on me, if you see what I mean. Well done to those who have lost and maintained this week, I hope to be able to say the same soon.

June 2010 - 11/56 lbs Weight to lose before May 2011.
