sounds like he might be trying to hide behind facing what he needs to do spud, perhaps he is scared of failure and would rather carry on with what feels emotionally 'nice' (ie eating lots of food with everyone else) rather than stick his neck out and be seen to be eating 'differently' for a while which highlights the fact he needs to lose weight.

Not explained that at all well....I'm rambling really......

    Scorchio........:T

Enjoy the sunshine if you can today, remember the sun cream though:cool:

Off to work for me so not much change of catching any rays (not that it would change the colour of my milk bottle legs anyway).

I take everything back regarding the Loreal fake tan, goes on lovely but wears off in horrible patches which seem to resist the most vigarous scrubbing:mad:

Last week of evening classes this week so I shall have my nights back until September...........more walks on the cards I reckon!

Have a really good week everyone:A

    L - apple, orange, celery
D - beef thing with veg!

    Good Morning everyone

Before I start my ususal ramblings I just wanted to wish the Lovely Spud a Happy Birthday:bdaycake: hope you enjoy your day whatever you are up to:D

Had a really good day yesterday and didnt crack at all, went for a 6 mile walk too.

Today is a long day for me at work (last one) which means I need to be totally prepared so I have some pasta to warm up at dinner time and some ryvitas and cottage cheese for lunch loads of fruit too.

I can definitely see the difference now around my waist but I have been left with flabby bits:o not sure what to do about them, I do have a pilates DVD so that might help.

    Have a good day everyone:A
