Hi again thrifty!
I've not been weighing in so far as I'm having a few issues at the moment... I'm sticking to the diet but not losing anything. I'll be stepping up the exercise (already do salsa once a week, but may try and go twice and I go to the gym) but I need to make a GP's appointment.Don't worry about typing out my username - Call me COMP(Unless you know my real name - in which case, feel free to use that just to confuse people!)0 -
Hi
I've only just found this thread so can another Pixie join you?
I'd never had any problem with my weight until I got to about 45 and then it slowly started to creep on.
At my highest in April this year I was 12st 12lbs  I'd put the weight on due to a combination of medication/stressful job/nibbling on crisps sweets while sat at the computer in the evening/not having time to exercise.
Since then I've lost 1st 4lbs, through cutting out nibbles, eating more healthily and taking more exercise (walking and Hannah Waterman's DVD.) I'm now 11st 8lbs and ideally, I'd like to get to 10 st.
I haven't got any specific reason/event for wanting to lose weight apart from my health and the fact that I hate how I look when I'm this big.
So, my figures are:
April 2010
Weight 12st 12lbs
BMI 31.6 (obese!)
July 2010
Weight 11st 8lbs
BMI 28.5
?????
Weight 10st
BMI 24.60 -
I shall be adding an apple to my list...it was a nice apple too, big and green and nommy.
At my highest I was nearly 14st (probably more tbh) so I've lost 2st and still need to lose another 2 and a half (35lbs) I do the shred and c25k, but want to add more exercise to it....might look at another DVD....** Total debt: £6950.82 ± May NSDs 1/10 **** Fat Bum Shrinking: -7/56lbs **
**SPC 2012 #1498 -£152 and 1499 ***
I do it all because I'm scared.

Of course you can join in Pania:)
Just let me know your target and I will add you to the spreadsheet. I tend to do things in 10 week stints to give us smaller targets too.
Anyone can join at any time though.
Glad to hear that you are thinking positively and getting back into your exercise. :T
thanks lou for allowing me to join the club as it were!! well, my weight is a bit yo yo to be fair although the docs have just started treating me for a very large iron deficiency along with a slight thyroid condition, so that should stop any more weight going on!!
My weight currently depeds whose scales i stand on so i am going to invest in a pair so i know where i stand. Bunnys scales put me at 10 st 7:eek: yet i have photos of when i was 10st 8 and when i compare that to a photo of me today i really dont look that big.. (wheres that damned confused smiley when you need it!!!) the scales at the gym call me 10 st 1 and my scales at home put me at 9 st 13 so i really dont have a clue!!:rotfl:my target weight is 9 st being only dinky in height and bone structure (5'4 and a recommended weight of 8 st 12:eek:) so i have either... 1 st 7 lb, 1st 2lb or 13lb to loose depending on where i am standing!!
I will be doing it solely through sensible eating and exercise. Gulp!!!
I have just had an email to say that my shred dvd that i ordered on saturday has been delayed, no explanation as to why but i suspect it is as all you crazy mse'ers have been buying up the shop!!:rotfl:
good luck everyone, you have all been inspiring as i have read through. stick with it!!!:beer:debt @05/11/11 £12210.63!! slowly chipping away!!:heart2:impossible is nothing.:heart2:0 -

I'm 5'3" and I don't think there's a cat in hell's chance that I'll ever be 9 stone again!!
At the moment I weigh 11st 8lbs and I only weigheed 10st 3lb when I was 9 months pregnant!!!0 -
i know its crazy what they recommend isnt it!!! and with the likes of dinky cheryl cole and others of our size coming in at 7 1/2 and the paparrazzi screaming XXX balloons to 8 st 10!!!! it really does make me feel inadequate being my size. ridiculous.debt @05/11/11 £12210.63!! slowly chipping away!!:heart2:impossible is nothing.:heart2:0
