Weighed today as off to scout camp at lunchtime and not back until Sunday evening - and I think that evenings are not such a good time to weigh! STS
so must remember to keep busy all weekend and not be tempted to eat rubbish.

I've not been weighing in so far as I'm having a few issues at the moment... I'm sticking to the diet but not losing anything. I'll be stepping up the exercise (already do salsa once a week, but may try and go twice and I go to the gym) but I need to make a GP's appointment.
Well fancy meeting you here, COMP
This is the first time I've actually admitted in public how much I weigh right now, and I've also taken to not completely avoiding the clothes that make me look a little...heavier, shall we say, otherwise it's too easy to ignore and keep stuffing in the crisps  Face it head-on, I say!Mortgage-Free WannabeMortgage at start [20/6/12]: £151,800/MFD Jun 2035 (age 65)Mortgage now [5/11/14]: £139,212.14/MFD Oct 2029 (age 59)Personal Library 2014:starmod: Read in 2014: 57/60 :starmod: In Progress: 2 :starmod: Books In: 94 :starmod: Books Out: 12 :starmod: TBR: 847 :starmod:0 -
Welcome all the new people:beer:
I just need a target from you all so I can add it to the tracker......just the amount in lbs that you want to lose:)
DS2 was very brave but i am totally ashamed that he ended up having to have 8 fillings along with the 2 teeth that needed to be extracted before his brace is fitted:o
At almost 15 he should know how to brush his teeth properly!
Had a good food day apart from a cherry danish reduced to 10p
Excellent losses again:T

P.S loved that video this morning, this weight loss is waking up hormones.
I learned that courage was not the absence of fear, but the triumph over it. The brave man is not he who does not feel afraid, but he who conquers that fear.0 -

The enormity of
a) how much food is freely available at work on an average week and
b) how much I am going to have to continue to avoid eating each week if I'm to stay on track
hit me today. This week at work I have turned down
handfuls of opal fruit type sweets brought back by someone who'd been on holiday
a bag of aero bubbles
a ferrero rocher
a Mars Celebration
jam doughnuts (normally would have had 2 in a day!)
the office biscuit tin (eaten daily)
another tin of biscuits
shared lunchtime chips in my office today before I'd changed desks
a big tin of homemade brownies literally being put under my nose - twice.
and it just shows how much I would eat without really thinking about it as I would have had at least 1 of all that list, if not 2. The only thing I wouldn't have had would be the chips, but everything else, I wouldn't have even thought about as I was stuffing it in my mouth."Stay Wonky":D
