Scrooge, I am very encouraged to see that the Shred is having those results - I will be on day 3 today, and as I came down the stairs this morning, my thighs were making it known that they are not impressed!!

I will stick with it though, especially if that 6 pack really is achievable!!

    Hi Hypno,

Definately stick with it. I've not missed a day, despite wanting to many times, but it is just the last few days that i've started to get lots of very nice comments about my middle :). It's as though my body has finally decided to let go of my belly, 11 years after DS was born x.

I will def stick with it. I have re-started running too, so did 3 miles yesterday, followed by Shred, followed by 3 miles this morning.

Am not looking forward to Shred day 3 this afternoon though, but will not quit at this early stage!!

Good Morning everyone, good news all around....

I have lost 0.5 lb and MrJ has lost another 1.5lbs :j he is only 1.5lbs from his target weight although he wants to go a little over so that we can really enjoy our hols and have a little bit of room to manouver:D

We have just dropped the car off at the garage (strange creaking noises fingers crossed its nothing too expensive) and have walked the 7 miles back..........going to russle up some slimming world chips and have them with a couple of dry fried eggs.

    Then Tennis and houswork inbetween.

Well done to the losers this week, keep the good reports coming in:T

Thanks Beanie, how has your week been?

MrJ and I were talking about maybe going to the Lakes for a couple of nights in a B&B one time so that we can do some of the walks there. I have never stayed in the Lake district, only visited for the day.

I really need a couple of good weeks now otherwise I wont reach my target :o

    Well done Lou and MrJ.

A 7 mile walk, tennis and housework :T. Those last few pounds haven't got a chance, they'll be making a speedy exit soon.

Did the shred and jogged this morning.....nearly boiled to death and was laying on the floor sweating more than a pervert in a knicker shop.

    Nomnoms have been (so far)
    B - smoothie
    S - banana
L - banana, banana, apple (I had nanas to get rid of, so I ate them)
    D - salad

I'm really not hungry, but I am making myself eat as and when I feel peckish.
