He wants to, and needs to but the whole diet thing just sends him into a bad mood. That's why I'm just eating healthily most of the time, and eating less rather than having red days, green days etc.

68 calories each !!!!! Wow, I'd never eat just one :o

Well that is the plan Spud.............but as they say, best laid plans:rotfl::rotfl:

There is only 12 in the box so I guess once the kids have nicked a few we are limiting any damage anyway.

Thorntons Continental were part of my downfall as a teenager. I had a Saturday job and after getting paid would pop in to Thorntons before getting the bus home from town. Every Saturday I bought a quarter of Continental but then after a while it was a quarter of continental and a quarter of the handmade ones they launched.

I would have eaten 1 bag before the bus got me home - less than 10 minutes later :o It made me think that if I ate them quickly on the bus, nobody would think I'd overeaten because they only saw the 1 bag I walked in with :o It became one of my ingrained habits very quickly on a Saturday. Along with a mid morning sausage sandwich and then chips at lunch.

No wonder my dress size went up with my age. :(

Had a very good day foodwise, I have also made a large batch of cous cous with roast vegetebles for lunch tomorrow, just need something for dinner as I am there from 8.30am to 8.30pm and I am sorted.

Maybe a Jacket potato to heat up in the microwave.

I learned that courage was not the absence of fear, but the triumph over it. The brave man is not he who does not feel afraid, but he who conquers that fear.
