At least you know you've been able to get the weight off in the past, so you'll be able to do it again. Maintenance will be the next step.It would be a good start if I could do it again though....

Have put 3lb on, that might be due to me eating like a pig!
But, hoping with the exercise regime that it'll come off .....going to do shred in a minute.

I've never been able to lose weight, this is my first successful attempt.
DH told me today that I nolonger looked pregnant, which I think was a compliment :rotfl:. Considering DS is 11 years old, it was a long time in coming. Tummy is looking very flat though, thanks to a lot of Shred abwork.
How long have you been married Lou? I've been married 18 years .
We have been married for 13 years but have been together for 22. We sort of did everything back to frontBought a house, had kids and then got married.
But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.0 -

Another great week, BB, well done, and well deserved!I learned that courage was not the absence of fear, but the triumph over it. The brave man is not he who does not feel afraid, but he who conquers that fear.0

Morning Claw back money, I am glad you've deflated. That happens to me sometimes and I usually put it down to too many unrefined carbs or TOTM. Congratulations on your weight loss.
Shredding - 'The 30 Day Shred' is a DVD by Jillian Michaels from 'The Biggest Loser' TV show. It is 20 minutes of intense exercise that is very good for increasing fitness levels and strengthening muscles. Not for the faint hearted! How do you find it Elfen?I learned that courage was not the absence of fear, but the triumph over it. The brave man is not he who does not feel afraid, but he who conquers that fear.0 -
Have to say I can't see I'd ever 'shred' - it sounds really intense _pale_
Not sure how I feel Lou. Not much different to be honest but I still have another 10 pounds to go before I get to what I was last October. I won't feel I'm making 'progress' until I get to there. After that, I might start trying on a few of my clothes to see if anything tight fits better."Stay Wonky":D
