Goodmorning everyone
I'm just off to work but just letting you all know that I completed my first day of healthy eating yesterday......successfully.!!:T
I am doing the SW plan, and did a 'Green' day, so pasta and rice and vegetables yesterday, plus plenty of fruit and yog.:D
Lets hope I can continue for the next 364 days, cos I think it may take me a year, and that's being realistic.
Bye for now.

OH and I are going to try to walk 6 miles tonight and then both sat and sun to try and kick start the losses again and tone up. I have a bikini to wear for my hols and last time I took it with me but didnt dare wear it in public:o
Off to work now and have some pasta for lunch:ABut these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.0 -

Hi all
Has anyone got any experience with bloating? I have woken up this morning with an enormous aching belly, and 7lb heavier
Thinking about yesterday, I was in the office all day so probably moved round less and was more stressed. I also took a packed lunch with bread rolls (+ banana, carrot & satsuma for 'snacks') This is differnt to usual as when I can eat at home I normally have cereal for lunch (and fruit if needs be). I came home shattered and ate 3 club biscuitswhich were chocolatey and scrummy at the time. Tea was stir fry veg and noodles. I've been very restrained with food over the last few weeks so could the clubs have done this? I know 3 clubs is rather a binge and not helpful when you're trying to lose weight - but surely they can't equate to a weight gain of 7 pounds
I'm off to the gym shortly to wobble my way through a body balance class and hope no one looks at me - I really could do with doing it behind a curtain.
Has anyone got any ideas of first aid for bloated tummies - what has worked for them to get rid of it, and how long will it last? I haven't had a tummy like this for years and feel really carp.
CbmJan 08: Debt £15,211  Debt cleared April 30th 2010Proud to have dealt with my debt! Currently building up savings.:TWith enormous thanks to everyone on the forums and:money:0 -

Just me Lou.
Cakes yet again today. That's every day bar 1 this week and even on that day there was homemade flapjacks and muffins. Been just ignoring them but was asked today to help slice scones and add cream and jam to them. Didn't have any and didn't lick my fingers either"Stay Wonky":D
